Dear Aurora Travel,
Thank you so much for the wonderful tour of Cambodia and Vietnam which Aurora
Travel provided for our group.
It was great being met and cared for by the guides at each destination. Our
guides were all extremely knowledgeable, flexible and demonstrated a real pride
in their country. We now feel that we have a good overview of the culture and
history of both countries visited. The guides also gave us valuable advice on
tipping and the prices to pay in the markets. Ha in Hanoi even managed to
speedily arrange replacement spectacles for one of our group who left his on the
train returning from Sapa.
All of our accommodation was of an excellent standard, providing comfortable
well appointed rooms and excellent buffet breakfasts. The traditional lunches
were all at nice, clean venues and gave us a good introduction to the cuisines
of the different areas we visited.
Our drivers did a wonderful job- we are all still alive!!
In particular I would like to thank Mr. Pham Tuyen for answering all my questions
so promptly in planning our tour and for putting together such a comprehensive
itinerary for my group. Also for his patience when having to cancel part of the
tour for my husband and myself as a result of my husband suffering a heart
attack a week before we were due to commence our tour.
I would not hesitate in recommending Aurora Travel to family or friends who wish
to visit Indochina because of the above and also that our tour was great value
for money.

Dear Lisa,
Thank you for the opportunity to give some feedback. Overall we are very happy
with our holiday in Vietnam.
We found the guides and drivers fantastic and the itinerary was well planned and
thought out. We really liked having a 'lay day' in Hoi An and really appreciated
being able to stop for a day.
We really liked the mix of cycling, trekking, walking, seeing the organic
vegetable garden and going off the tourist route sometimes. Thank you to Vicky
for the great ideas and input.
We hadn't planned to see the township of Hoi An and appreciated that our tour
guide suggested it. It was good to have the flexibility to have some changes
made when we got to Vietnam as from Australia it was hard to know everything
about where we were going.
It was great to have a guide on tipping as we had no idea and it helped us to
have some information about it and what was expected.
We will recommend Aurora to our friends”.

Dear Lisa,
All arrangements made with Aurora went very
smoothly. I had to contact the sales agent 3 times during our visit – twice due
to flight delays and he was fantastic. Everything was so easy. The hotel in
Danang was lovely and the nearby Hoi An was picturesque; we will probably go
there again staying at the same place (Fusion Maia).
Thank you for your assistance with this trip. If we travel throughout Vietnam
again we will use Aurora to make all the arrangements and I have already
recommended you to other people I know travelling to Vietnam.

Dear Ms Ton Binh,
I wish to thank you for organizing a wonderful holiday for me and my husband.
Hotel Medallion in Hanoi was good and Fusion Maia Resort you recommended was
excellent. The airport transfer arrangements were just perfect.
Although the weather is Hanoi and DaNang was colder than expected and we were
not able to enjoy swimming as a result, we did spend some good time in Hoi An,
an interesting heritage city that we wouldn't hesitate to visit again.
We would definitely recommend you to our friends who're interested in visiting
Vietnam and hope you can keep us posted of any promotions or new resorts or
places there or in nearby countries that
are worth seeing.
